Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Totler, operated by Totler Pty Ltd (ABN 23 699 604 656 · ACN 699 604 656) (“Totler”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Totler

Totler accounts are for adults only: you must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian or activity provider. Children cannot hold an account or use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep your login secure. You must not let a child use your account or create an account on a child's behalf.

What Totler does

Totler is a discovery and booking platform that connects families with local activity providers, daycares and community events. Providers are independent third parties. When you book or RSVP, your agreement for that activity is between you and the provider. Totler is not the provider and does not run the activities listed.

Provider verification

We require activity providers to hold the relevant working-with-children clearance for their state or territory (a Working With Children Check or, in Queensland, a Blue Card) and to keep it valid. Verification helps reduce risk but does not replace your own judgement, so we encourage families to ask questions and make choices they're comfortable with. Acceptable use

  • Use Totler lawfully and respectfully.
  • Don't attempt to access accounts, data or areas you're not authorised to.
  • Don't misuse, scrape, disrupt or attempt to circumvent the service or its safety controls.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Bookings and payments

Totler is not the seller of activities. Bookings and payments are on each provider's terms, and their booking, payment, cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of booking, so please review them before you book. When on-platform payments launch they are processed securely via our payment provider.

Content and intellectual property

Totler and its logo, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the permission needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the right to any content you post.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or activities of providers, and our liability is limited as set out here.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where needed to protect users, particularly children.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
