Questions, answered
Is Totler free for parents?
Yes. Browsing, RSVPing to free events and the family planner are all free. You only pay when you book a paid class — at the provider’s normal price, with no booking fees added.
How are providers verified?
Every provider must pass a Working With Children Check (WWCC), business verification and our Child-Safe standards review before their first listing appears. We re-verify on a rolling basis.
What information about my child is shared?
Almost none. Providers only ever see an anonymous age band (e.g. “2–4 yr”) for capacity planning. Your child’s name, photo, and details are never shared or shown publicly.
When is the exact location revealed?
Only after your RSVP or booking is confirmed. Until then, listings and map pins show the suburb only — never a precise home or venue address.
What does it cost providers?
Listing is free. We take a 3% service fee only when you get paid — no listing fees, no subscriptions, no lock-in contracts. Payouts land weekly, automatically.
When will Totler launch in my area?
